After the girl of your dreams' heart turns red and after you have your 2nd house upgrade, you can buy the blue feather at the supermarket and propose to the girl with it. You will be married exactly one week afterwards.
After about a season or two depending on how you treat your wife she will become pregnant. A couple seasons after you will be a father to a baby boy.
